KC SMART Runners weekly group run, Saturday mornings at 6:30am starting from Barry Road Park. This week we will be joined by Jeff Miles with Hearts for RMHC to promote their 5k/10k race on August 17th. There will be some giveaways for those at the Promo Run this Saturday so get there early.
